The pride of our Lüch de Vanc farmhouse is our traditional Vanc restaurant, which our guests can access directly for lunch or dinner. Here you can enjoy a typical Ladin dining room, with warm and cozy ambiance and tasty and rich dishes of our tradition. We prepare our recipes with fresh and genuine ingredients, such as our homemade speck and cheeses, or the unmissable dumplings or the pork knuckle. For the sweet tooth, you will not miss the great classic desserts such as apple strudel and homemade cakes. Let us also tempt you with a glass of excellent wine to match our dishes: an all-round taste experience! The restaurant is open both at noon and in the evening, but reservations are appreciated.
